  • A MINIMUM OF TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS MUST BE BOOKED
  • STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED
  • HOUSE: Maximum 8 persons allowed, a levy of R300 per person is payable for every person more than 8.
  • FLAT: Maximum 5 persons allowed, a levy of R300 per person is payable for every person more than 5.
  • A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of making this booking.
  • Cancellations: Only 50% of the deposit is refundable. No deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received within 45 days of the occupation date.
  • The balance, plus a R1,000 fully refundable key deposit, is due 7 days before occupation.
